Shot Recreations

Shots from movies were studied and emulated with intricate details in order to gain a deeper understanding of camera angles, lighting, props and post production. Recreating these shots also helped understand the intent behind placing the camera in a particular way to ignite a specific feeling in the audience.
Her
Parasite
The two shots from Her and Parasite are both is partial darkness but with distinctive novel undertones. The icy cool hues of Her come off the screen and were replicated through a television's light. The warmer tone of the Parasite shot was emulated using a candle near the subject's face.
